Bromford Housing Group is looking for a committed Support Worker to help people live independently and safely, with dignity. The role is part-time, 12 hours per week, every Saturday, with hybrid working options across our locations.
You will support individuals with complex needs, perform welfare checks, and coordinate with external agencies while keeping accurate records and ensuring high-quality care. An Enhanced DBS check is required.
