Esland Care is seeking a Children’s Adventure Care Worker to provide stability and therapeutic support for young people. The role is a temporary maternity cover with potential for permanency; 4 days on, 6 days off, 365-day service; shifts include sleep nights.
Located at Woodside Farm near Shifnal, you’ll deliver trauma-informed care, access to education and outdoor adventure activities, and participate in an assessment strategy over 12 weeks to tailor support.
