The Lead will own the overall Pega solution architecture, translate complex business and technical requirements into scalable designs, and provide hands‑on technical leadership to Pega development teams. The role requires strong stakeholder engagement and the ability to ensure solutions meet architectural, security, performance, integration and operational requirements.

• Own the end-to-end architecture and technical design of Pega applications.
• Lead solution design across case management, workflows, data models, integrations, implementation standards.
• Provide technical leadership to Pega Senior System Architects, System Architects and development teams.
• Review solution designs and implementation approaches to ensure compliance with Pega guardrails and engineering best practices.
• Lead complex technical design decisions and resolve architecture and performance
• Design scalable integration patterns using REST APIs, services, connectors, data pages, messaging and enterprise integration technologies.
• Define appropriate authentication, authorization, access control and security architecture.
• Ensure solutions meet non-functional requirements including performance, scalability, availability, resilience, security and maintainability.
• Establish appropriate application monitoring, performance optimisation and troubleshooting approaches.
• Define Dev Ops, CI/CD, branching, deployment and release-management approaches for
• Support production readiness, deployment planning and technical assurance activities.
• Work closely with Business Architects, Product Owners, Enterprise Architects, Security Architects and Integration Architects.
• Translate business requirements into appropriate Pega architecture and technical solutions.
• Lead technical workshops and communicate architecture decisions clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Mentor Pega engineers and support the development of engineering capability across delivery teams.
