** Your Role

You’ll help design and improve how people interact with digital services such as websites, apps, and online platforms.

Your role will focus on understanding users and creating experiences that are easy, clear, and enjoyable to use.

You’ll work as part of a team delivering real client projects, helping to transform existing services and design new ones. During your apprenticeship, you’ll gain hands-on experience across different areas of UX, giving you the opportunity to explore your interests while developing a strong foundation in user-centred  your role, you will:
* Contribute to designing and improving digital user experiences
* Learn how to understand user needs and behaviours
* Work collaboratively with others to create effective solutions

This role is based in Telford, and you’ll typically be in the office up to 3 days a week, so you’ll need to be within commuting distance of the location. ** To be eligible, you need:
** 7 GCSEs A *-C including Maths and English (4-9) or equivalent  Plus, one of the following:
• 3 A *-C A-Level across the 3 A-Levels (

NOTE:

AS Levels are not included)  
• Completed a L3 Apprenticeship with relevant UX work experience in the industry  
• BTEC (Merit, Distinction, Distinction minimum)##
