We are currently seeking a Quarry Operative to join our team at Leaton Quarry. This role will report directly to the Quarry Supervisor.

Primarily you will be operating within the quarry with the opportunity to turn your hand to operating other mobile plant and working in a ‘hands on’ position supporting the Quarry Supervisor in efficiently managing a quarry alongside a close-knit group of colleagues. You’ll be an ideal fit for this position if you have a great sense of humour and don’t mind getting your hands dirty!

• Full UK Driving Licence – owing to the location of the quarry you will need to be able to drive your own vehicle or otherwise be able to reliably get yourself to work on time
• A genuine interest in the construction materials industry, specifically an interest in driving heavy mobile plant machinery
• It would be preferable if you have experience operating a Wheeled Loading Shovel
