Fueller​/Shunter​/Topside Checker

Excellent and rewarding job opportunities have arisen for a Cleaner Fueller Shunter to join Arriva.

• £12.98 per hour
• Working 16:00 - 23:00
• 20 days annual leave plus 8 bank holidays.
• Full Time contract - 38 hours per week

• If you don't have a PCV licence, no problem, we can do a local B shunt licence that allows you to drive buses on our sites

• Ensuring that all areas of the workshop are clean, tidy and organised.
• Clean vehicles to comply with Arriva standards and ensure that all records are maintained correctly.
• Re-fuel vehicle fleet in readiness for the next days’ service.
• Ensure the fuelling area is clean and any hazards are removed prior to work.
• Carry out daily sweep and mop with deep interior cleans occasionally.
• To fully understand and comply with all company and statutory relating health & safety and working practices and all company working policies and procedures.

• Previous experience would be advantageous however, full training will be given.
• Full UK driving license (Manual, 6 points or less).
• Ability to pass fit for a PCV pre-employment medical.
