We are seeking a responsible and experienced supervisor (Cell Leader) to join in our Semi Automated Distribution Centre. The successful candidate will be operating within a high complexity environment and demonstrate a sound understanding of a distribution centre processes and have a keen interest in robotics/automation. Within the distribution centre there is a number of heavily automated elements, including robots therefore a successful candidate must have some exposure in operating automated equipment.

• Experience managing teams in a fast-paced operational environment.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Good planning, analytical, and problem-solving ability.
• Experience with WMS / warehouse systems and stock control.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a high complexity environment.
• High level of numeracy and literacy.
• Experience delivering against KPI targets.
• Understanding of Health & Safety requirements in a warehouse environment.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint).
• Experience of continuous improvement / Lean / Kaizen.
• Ability to motivate and engage teams to achieve objectives.
