• Companionship & Personal Care:
  Providing companionship and conversation; bathing, grooming, toileting, incontinence care; stabilization and walking assistance.
• Household Support:
  Preparing meals, cleaning up, light housekeeping tasks, washing/ironing laundry.
• Health & Logistics:
  Medication/appointment reminders; running errands; accompanying clients to appointments; specialized care for Advanced Alzheimer’s/Dementia and Hospice care.
• Reporting:
  Documenting daily activities and reporting any significant changes; maintaining regular communication with supervisor and office staff.
