Landscape Technician

Description

Lincoln Hills Development Corporation (LHDC) is looking for a non‑exempt full‑time Landscape Technician (35 hours per week) based in Tell City, IN. This role requires travel to multiple LHDC locations across Crawford, Dubois, Harrison, Perry, Spencer, and Warrick Counties. Key duties include grounds maintenance, mowing, trimming, weed control, equipment maintenance, and general upkeep of assigned LHDC properties. During rain or winter months, responsibilities extend to cleaning and preparing units for rent, light plumbing, carpentry, painting, and minor repairs.

• High School graduate or equivalent (required)
• Previous experience or training in groundskeeping and residential maintenance (preferred)
• Valid driver’s license and vehicle insurance
• Ability to travel locally and out‑of‑area as necessary
• Good communication and customer‑service skills
