We are expanding our workforce across local retail stores and actively recruiting Developmental Technicians specializing in General Facilities and Maintenance. If you have experience in this field, we want you to bring your skills to our fast‑paced and welcoming environment. As a Developmental Technician, you will maintain the safety, functionality, and aesthetics of our stores, equipment, and fixtures under the guidance of the local Market Manager.

• All primary responsibilities will be assisted or performed under the direct supervision of an experienced technician.
• Maintain and repair Walmart facilities, equipment, and assets using plumbing, electrical, carpentry, material handling equipment, and food equipment skills, along with hand tools, power tools, and other equipment as needed.
• Utilize the work order management system to receive reactive repair work orders and document repair activities.
• Provide prompt response to emergency maintenance calls.
• Inspect, operate, or test facilities, equipment, or fixtures to diagnose issues.
• Complete all required training to operate equipment and tools safely.

• 18 years or older.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Can lift up to 50 lbs. at a time.
• Can move up and down ladders frequently.
• Comfortable working at heights frequently.
• Ability to sit or stand for long periods.
• Able to work in various temperatures.
• Must maintain an excellent driving record.
• Eligible for a Commercial Driver’s License (CDL). Valid Driver’s License.
• 1 year’s experience in plumbing, electrical, material handling equipment, or related trade OR 2 years Walmart store experience.
