Mondays to Friday 7:30am to 4:30pm Temp to Hire

We are seeking a detail-oriented Accounts Receivable Clerk to join our team! The ideal candidate has strong accounts receivable experience excellent organizational skills and a commitment to accuracy and outstanding customer service.

• Generate customer invoices and process payments (checks and credit cards)
• Apply payments reconcile accounts and investigate discrepancies
• Monitor aging reports and follow up on outstanding balances
• Perform collections while maintaining positive customer relationships
• Verify billing information purchase orders pricing and tax status
• Assist with cash reconciliation month-end closing and accounts receivable reporting
• Process credit memos deductions customer statements and account adjustments
• Maintain accurate financial records and ensure compliance with company policies
• Collaborate with accounting and other departments to resolve payment issues
• Utilize ERP/accounting software to support efficient billing and collections processes

• 3+ years of accounts receivable or accounting experience
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and ERP/accounting software
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
