We are looking for an Automotive Scanning Clerk to add to our talented business office team.

Key Responsibilities
  • File and maintain vehicle documents, including titles, registrations, bills of sale, buyer’s orders, and finance paperwork
  • Organize physical and digital filing systems for easy retrieval
  • Ensure accuracy and completeness of all scanned records
  • Assist with title and registration paperwork as needed
  • Pull, copy, scan, and distribute documents to appropriate departments
  • Monitor files for missing or incorrect information and follow up for corrections
  • Maintain confidentiality of customer and dealership information
  • Support audits and inspections by providing requested documentation
  • Perform general clerical duties such as data entry and document tracking
  • Cross train to fill in at other desks within the Business Office
Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Previous clerical, filing, or administrative experience preferred
  • Experience in an automotive dealership or DMV-related paperwork is a plus
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Basic computer skills, including familiarity with document management systems
  • Ability to handle repetitive tasks with accuracy
  • Dependable, punctual, and able to work independently
