About Redhawk Auto Service
Redhawk Auto Service is seeking an experienced Automotive Shop Manager in Temecula, CA.
This position offers $50,000–$120,000 per year with a salary-plus-bonus pay structure, paid biweekly.
The shop offers a professional, high-volume automotive service environment with a balanced workload and career-development opportunities.
You’ll lead daily operations, customer experience, service sales, workflow, and the automotive service team.
- Lead daily automotive shop operations and keep workflow moving efficiently
- Manage work orders, scheduling, and daily shop priorities
- Deliver a strong customer experience from vehicle intake through completion
- Coach and support automotive technicians and service staff
- Present repair recommendations and drive service sales while maintaining customer trust
- Coordinate parts ordering and inventory needs
- Communicate clearly with customers and the service team throughout the repair process
- Use Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word to support daily operations
- At least 3–5 years of Service Manager, Assistant Manager, or Service Advisor experience
- Strong customer service and hospitality skills
- Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills in a fast-paced environment
- Comfortable with sales and consistent follow-through
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Excel, and Word
- Automotive industry experience preferred but not required
- $50,000–$120,000 per year
