• Conduct chemical and physical laboratory tests and perform qualitative analysis of materials, liquids, and gases.
• Set up laboratory equipment and instrumentation required for tests, research or process control.
• Conduct sterilization qualification for new products and/or changes to existing products.
• Perform sterilization validation for radiation sterilized products, including dose setting and quarterly dose audits.
• Perform sterilization validation for ethylene oxide sterilized products, including new product qualification, annual revalidations, residual EO studies, and D-value studies.
• Conduct dose audit failure investigations.
• Conduct Ethylene Oxide Biological indicator sterility positive investigation.
• Work within a quality system environment.

• Must possess a diploma or degree at the Associate or Bachelor level and 1+ years experience.
• 0-2 years of related work experience with a basic understanding of specified functional area.
• Basic technical knowledge of concepts, practices and procedures.
• Limited understanding of business unit/group function.
• Learn to use professional concepts and company policies and procedures to solve routine problems.
• Works on problems of limited scope with minimal independent decision making.
