About the Role

As a Preschool Teacher at Kid’s World, you will guide our youngest learners on their educational journey with a curriculum that blends structured learning with play. You will contribute to a child’s first steps in education, helping them to discover, explore, and learn in an environment that values each child’s individual journey.

What We Are Looking For
  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university
  • Previous experience in an preschool classroom setting.
  • Strong communicator with the ability to help students delve deep into subjects
  • Ability to successfully pass a state and federal background check
  • Prior to being hired, a teacher shall have twelve post‑secondary semester units or equivalent quarter units in early childhood education or child development completed, with passing grades (C or better), at an accredited or approved college or university, as well as, at least six months of work experience in a licensed child care center or comparable group child‑care program.

To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. In general, this position requires an individual to frequently walk, stand, sit, squat, stoop, reach, kneel, rise from the floor, twist, listen, read, write, and speak the English language.

In addition, this position often requires an individual to carry, lift, use repetitive or fine hand movements, and occasionally push, pull, or bend. This position is regularly required to hear and use clear vision with or without correction.
