Job Title:
Admissions Advisor - Temp to Hire

Location

Temecula, CA

Pay Rate:$22.12 to $29.81 per hour (depending on experience)

Shifts:8:00 am to 5:00 pm, 9:00 am to 6:00 pm, or 10:00 am to 7:00 pm;
must be available to work one day per week from 10:00 am to 7:00 pm.

As an Admissions Advisor, you will be committed to helping students navigate their educational journey, providing guidance to find the programs that best suit their academic and career aspirations. We’re looking for an Admissions Advisor to help prospective students make informed decisions about their future by joining our team.

Position Summary:

In this role, the Admissions Advisor is responsible for engaging with prospective students, guiding them through the admissions process, and ensuring a seamless experience from initial contact to enrollment. This role requires effective communication skills, a customer-focused approach, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct outreach to prospective students via phone, email, and virtual meetings.
  • Provide information about academic programs, admissions requirements, and financial aid options.
  • Guide applicants through each step of the admissions process, ensuring timely follow-ups and accurate information.
  • Assess prospective students’ needs and goals to recommend suitable programs.
  • Meet monthly metrics, including response time, application completion rate, and enrollment goals.
  • Maintain accurate records and notes in the CRM system to track applicant progress.
  • Collaborate with academic departments and student services to facilitate smooth transitions for new students.

Qualifications:

  • Education:

    Associate’s Degree required.
  • Experience:

    Ideal candidates have experience as an Account Executive, in CRM systems, in sales, or in other fast-paced customer service environments.
  • Skills:

    Proficient in English, computer literate, and skilled in managing multiple priorities.
  • Requirements:
    Ability to meet monthly metrics, pass a criminal background check, and work collaboratively within a team environment.
