Essential Duties and Responsibilities
  • Handles timely sample intake including receipt, identification, and storage; conducts assigned testing using appropriate methods, protocols, and equipment while adhering to test schedules such as stability pulls and aging pulls.
  • Performs protocol-based data analysis using tools like Excel, JMP, and Mini Tab; communicates challenges, scheduling conflicts, and testing issues to management promptly; interacts with clients to provide updates under supervision.
  • Maintains inventory of lab supplies including PPE, wipes, cleaners, and testing chemicals; conducts routine sample disposition and coordinates hazardous waste disposal; keeps lab and storage areas clean and organized.
  • Adheres to Zebra Sci Quality Systems including timely identification and notification of potential Quality Events (OOS, Deviations, CAPA); follows established Standard Operating Procedures and makes recommendations for improvements.
  • Reviews test results and drafts reports; reviews and may author test methods/protocols under supervision; works collaboratively with colleagues and staff; may draft equipment or lab documents like SLPs and LWIs under management supervision.
Minimum Requirements
  • Degree level qualification; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Preferred Requirements
  • Strong organizational and interpersonal skills.

Salary Range: $35.50 – $58.50 USD hourly.
