- Minimum of two (2) years recent operating room experience as a Surgical Tech required
- Minimum of two (2) years’ experience scrubbing for cardio‑thoracic/coronary artery bypass surgery required
- High school graduate or equivalent preferred
- Graduated from an accredited Operating Room Technician Program required
- National Surgical Technician certification, recommended
- Current BLS certification from the American Heart Association required
