Registered Nurse (RN)-ICU New to Specialty-NIGHTS-Temecula Valley Hospital
Join Temecula Valley Hospital as an RN in the ICU New to Specialty program. This is a 12-week training program for experienced RNs who would like to join the ICU team. The program blends computer-based learning modules, didactic and hands-on classroom learning, and a Preceptorship for clinical experiences. The program begins March 2026 and has an application period from January 6 to January 13.
Responsibilities- Participate in the ICU New to Specialty Program starting March 2026; 12-week training for experienced RNs transitioning to ICU
- Engage in a blended learning experience including computer-based learning, didactic sessions, hands-on classroom learning, and clinical Preceptorship
- Work night shifts (these positions are for NIGHT shifts only)
- This is NOT a New Grad Program
- Minimum One (1) Year Acute (hospital) Care Experience Preferred
- Completion of an accredited Registered Nursing program required
- Registered Nurse with current California RN license
- BLS, ACLS (AHA) required
