• Assist with planning and yearly needs assessment for the perioperative services budget.
• Schedule monthly availability and call schedule for surgical technicians.
• Mentor, precept, and evaluate surgical technicians based on competencies.
• Accurately report daily staffing ratios under the supervision of the Director to maintain productivity.
• Collaborate with the surgical team to identify and implement process improvements.
• Demonstrate knowledge of step‑by‑step progress of specific surgical procedures.

• Minimum of two years recent clinical acute‑care operating room experience.
• Graduated from an accredited operating room technician program.
• National operating room technician certification (preferred).
• Current BLS (AHA) certification.
