ABS Kids in Temecula, CA, is seeking a BCBA to make a real impact with flexible scheduling, no weekends, and local work. You’ll work with children with autism, manage a ~10-12 client caseload per BA, and grow through a nationwide center network.
Competitive first-year pay of $102,000–$105,000, uncapped monthly bonuses, signing/relocation options, and a robust benefits package including medical, dental, vision, HSA, 401(k) with company match, CEU stipend, wellness perks, and more.
