PBX Operator​/Guest Service Agent

Overview

Europa Village Wineries and Resort is a family‑rooted hospitality company located in Temecula Valley Wine Country. We offer a European‑themed village experience with event spaces, tasting rooms, restaurants, overnight accommodations, and retail venues across a one‑hundred‑acre property. Europa Village welcomes guests and associates who enjoy excellent customer service and creating lasting memories.

• Answer incoming calls from outside and inside the resort promptly, professionally, and in a friendly manner.
• Transfer calls to the appropriate person or department and take complete, accurate messages.
• Assist with reservations for hotel stays and restaurant dining.
• Provide a working knowledge of all aspects and functions of Europa Village, including current and upcoming special events, to accurately inform guests.
• Perform clerical duties such as typing, copying, and scanning documents.
• Resolve minor guest conflicts or complaints calmly and effectively; notify management of issues that cannot be resolved promptly.
• Maintain a clean, pressed uniform and appropriate slacks and shoes; arrive on time and be respectful of attendance and punctuality.
• Be available to work weekends and holidays with open availability.
• Other duties that may be assigned.

• Passion for service with an outgoing, self‑motivated, energetic personality.
• Excellent communication skills; clear, audible speaking voice.
• Previous PBX experience is a plus.
• Ability to work long periods at a desk and communicate Europa Village’s story.
