You’ll handle a variety of sophisticated and rewarding work representing policyholders — never insurers — in high-stakes coverage disputes. Expect to:

• Litigate complex insurance coverage matters
• Analyze and draft insurance policy language
• Provide strategic insurance coverage opinions
• Manage pleadings, depositions, discovery, and motion practice in state and federal court

• J.D. from an accredited law school
• Active admission to the California, Connecticut, or Florida Bar
• 5+ years of substantial litigation experience
• Excellent writing, analytical, and communication skills
• A collaborative, forward-thinking mindset
