You’ll handle a variety of sophisticated and rewarding work representing policyholders — never insurers — in high-stakes coverage disputes. Expect to:
- Litigate complex insurance coverage matters
- Analyze and draft insurance policy language
- Provide strategic insurance coverage opinions
- Manage pleadings, depositions, discovery, and motion practice in state and federal court
- J.D. from an accredited law school
- Active admission to the California, Connecticut, or Florida Bar
- 5+ years of substantial litigation experience
- Excellent writing, analytical, and communication skills
- A collaborative, forward-thinking mindset
