Family Law Litigation Paralegal

We're seeking a skilled paralegal with 5+ years of experience in family law litigation. Strong writing and communication skills are a must. If drafting motions, pleadings, and Memo of Points and Authorities is your strength, we want to hear from you.

• Draft legal documents, motions, and correspondence for attorney review and filing
• Assist attorneys in preparation for hearings and trials
• Manage and organize case files, exhibits, and evidence for easy retrieval

• Min 5+ years of Family law experience as a paralegal is a must
• We will train the right person with 3 years of civil litigation experience
• Proofreading Skills
• Detail-Oriented Skills
• Must provide a sample writing to be considered
• Must be a Team Player

$45 - $60 hourly
