Our client, a national insurance coverage law firm with offices in Temecula, California, is seeking a Paralegal with 5+ years of experience who will be responsible for supporting multiple attorneys. The successful candidate must be able to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritize conflicting needs, handle matters proactively and expeditiously and follow through on projects to successful completion, often under tight deadlines.
They are among the elite law firms in the country solely representing policyholders in insurance coverage disputes and advising clients on all manner of insurance coverage issues, including policy placements, renewals, drafting policy language, contractual risk transfer and claims. They also litigate coverage disputes between clients and insurance carriers.

- Provide Paralegal support for multiple attorneys
- Manage complex litigation files
- Prepare pleadings
- Oversee filings in multiple jurisdictions throughout the U.S.
- Manage large amounts of document productions
- Minimum of 5 years experience in complex litigation
- Multiple jurisdictional experience
- Bachelor s degree or paralegal certificate from ABA approved paralegal program
- Experience working with various aspects of large case litigation
- Ability to work independently and in a team setting
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to independently prioritize workload
- Must be detail-oriented and able to work under tight deadline pressure
- Must possess strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills, as well as oral and written communication skills

Pursuant to California regulation, the annual salary range for this position is $60,000 to $80,000, contingent on relevant experience and education.
