$125,000 - $250,000 yearly plus bonuses

• Ability to litigate cases with ease, comfortable negotiating cases, and interacting with opposing counsel
• Able to produce high‑quality written work and be comfortable with discovery
• Familiar with court rules and procedures
• Detail‑oriented, focused, team player with a pleasant personality and the ability to work independently

• Minimum 3+ years of Employment Law experience as a licensed attorney in California on the plaintiff side, and must have litigation experience.
