We are seeking a skilled, reliable Senior Paralegal with proven California Family Law experience
. This is a hybrid position requiring some limited availability to travel to Downtown Riverside and Menifee court. Candidate must reside in or near Temecula, California and must have recent extensive experience working with California Family Law procedures, filings, and courts. Candidates who live in or near Temecula, CA are preferred.

• 5+ years of California Family Law experience (divorce, custody, support, discovery, disclosures, RFOs, trial prep)
• Availability Monday–Friday, 8am–5pm PST with consistent responsiveness
• Proven ability to meet billable hour requirements and other key performance indicators
• Strong drafting skills (RFOs, declarations, discovery, DV documents, trial briefs)
• Professional communication with clients, courts, and opposing counsel
• Ability to manage time effectively and work with minimal supervision

• Reside near Temecula, CA to assist with occasional in‑person filings or courthouse deliveries
  Not required — remote candidates with strong CA experience are encouraged to apply.
