As Planning Manager, you’ll play a pivotal role in shaping the future of one of California’s most development-friendly communities, where your vision can become reality without the typical obstacles faced in other regions.
As Planning Manager, you’ll lead a capable team of planning professionals in a city that’s serious about growth. Current projects include:
- A new Madera Transit Station Specific Plan surrounding the Madera Community College.
- A pipeline of multiple commercial projects through the city, including new major retail, integrated centers, and service-oriented developments.
- Multiple industrial and manufacturing projects throughout the city supporting business expansion and workforce opportunities.
- Multiple new medical office and professional service projects expanding healthcare and professional employment.
