The Batter Up Bakery in Temecula, CA is looking for a full‑time cake decorator to join our team. We are located on 26490 Ynez Rd Ste K. Our ideal candidate is a self‑starter, punctual, and reliable.

• Decorate cakes with buttercream and whipped cream, cover in fondant, carve and sculpt shapes, cut‑outs, and figurines.
• Assemble, decorate, and ice wedding cakes, cupcakes, and special‑order cakes, cake pops, and chocolate‑decorated cookies.
• Icing and stacking multi‑tiered cakes.
• Sculpt figurines, shapes, and cut‑outs using molding chocolate and fondant.
• Occasional delivery and set‑up of customer wedding cake orders on Saturdays and Sundays.
• Follow verbal and written instructions and perform basic arithmetic as needed.
• Work in a production environment and occasionally in a cold environment of 35 °F to pull product.

• Perform repetitive bending, reaching, stooping, pushing, pulling, and lifting of products weighing up to 50 pounds.

• Minimum of 18 years of age.
• Minimum of 2 years of cake‑decorating experience in a bakery.
• Ability to pay close attention to detail, work in a time‑driven team environment, and follow strict food‑safety guidelines.
• Food Handlers Card.
• Weekends are mandatory.
