Graphic Design & Marketing Coordinator

The Graphic Design & Marketing Coordinator at Doffo Wines LLC supports marketing and sales teams by executing campaigns, coordinating brand design, managing social media, and producing content that helps drive brand awareness and increases sales. This onsite role in Temecula, CA focuses on organizing and aligning marketing efforts to maintain consistent, effective promotion across channels.

• Act as a liaison between internal teams and external agencies to maintain brand consistency and ensure timely delivery of marketing materials
• Communicate marketing strategies, campaign objectives, and timelines to team members clearly and on schedule
• Provide direction and project updates related to creative needs and overall progress
• Create visual assets for campaigns, events, and digital platforms according to brand guidelines
• Maintain consistent messaging across digital and print platforms and across customer touchpoints
• Produce promotional materials for digital and print, including flyers, advertisements, and wine club inserts
• Develop and schedule organic social content for Doffo Winery and Moto Doffo, including video, graphics, images, and captions across all platforms
• Support event-related media creation to keep branding cohesive across promotional materials
• Resize and adapt existing creative assets for different formats while preserving brand integrity
• Proofread and edit content to ensure clarity, accuracy, and alignment with brand tone
• Coordinate with vendors for outsourced creative services such as printing
• Take on other design and creative projects as requested
• Support the development and execution of marketing strategies and campaign plans aligned with sales and brand goals
• Analyze marketing metrics and report performance to support data-driven decisions
• Collaborate with sales and wine club teams to align promotions with customer engagement goals
• Participate in ongoing training and mentorship in branding, digital marketing and design
• Stay current on industry tools, trends, and best practices
• Seek certifications or continued learning opportunities as needed

  Proficiency with Mailchimp, Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, Google Analytics, Microsoft 365, and Dropbox
• Comfort using or learning DSLR/mirrorless cameras, lighting, and audio equipment
