Position Summary
We seek an NP or PA with at least 3 years of clinical experience to provide comprehensive, longitudinal care across service lines including, but not limited to: hormone optimization (BHRT, TRT), medical weight loss and metabolic health, peptide therapy, device-based aesthetic medicine, and holistic lifestyle coaching.
Core Responsibilities
Hormone Optimization
- Evaluate and manage Bioidentical Hormone Replacement Therapy (BHRT) and Testosterone Replacement Therapy (TRT).
- Order/interpret labs; design and adjust individualized protocols; track outcomes.
- Educate patients on physiology, expectations, and long-term prevention.
- Conduct metabolic and lifestyle assessments; create personalized, lab-informed plans.
- Prescribe and monitor GLP-1 therapy (e.g., semaglutide).
- Address root contributors such as insulin resistance and chronic inflammation.
- Prescribe and monitor peptides including, but not limited to agents supporting hormone balance, metabolic function, tissue repair, recovery, and performance.
- Maintain current knowledge of evolving protocols and safety considerations.
- Perform non-invasive procedures including, but not limited to:
- Diode laser hair removal
- IPL (Intense Pulsed Light) and DPL (Dynamic Pulsed Light)
- CO₂ laser resurfacing for texture and photodamage
- Ensure rigorous safety, documentation, and patient education.
- Note:
We do not offer neurotoxins or dermal fillers.
- Apply systems-based, preventive frameworks to fatigue, weight resistance, gut issues, and hormonal dysregulation.
- Integrate nutrition, supplementation, sleep, stress, and activity prescriptions.
- Coordinate care within a physician-led, multidisciplinary team.
- You are curious, ask incisive questions, and translate new knowledge into action quickly.
- You are adaptable under changing protocols and technologies.
- You are accountable, organized, and consistently deliver measurable patient outcomes.
- You build trust through clear communication and education.
- Active California NP or PA license.
- 3+ years of clinical practice.
- Demonstrated interest or experience in any of the following: BHRT/TRT, metabolic/weight management, peptide therapy, device-based aesthetics, or functional medicine.
- Excellent clinical judgment, communication, and follow-through.
- Comfort working both independently and collaboratively.
