About the Role

We are seeking an Occupational Health Nurse I to join our team in Temecula, CA. In this onsite role, you will provide comprehensive health care services to employees, ensuring their well‑being and supporting a safe and productive workplace. You’ll work collaboratively with management and Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) teams to promote health initiatives, manage occupational injuries and illnesses, and support employees’ return to work.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide health care services to employees within an occupational setting.
  • Serve as a clinical case manager — coordinating care from onset of illness/injury through recovery and return to work.
  • Conduct assessments of occupational and non‑occupational health incidents, determining appropriate care or referrals.
  • Develop and implement nursing care plans and health promotion strategies.
  • Coordinate communication between employees, supervisors, healthcare providers, and third‑party representatives.
  • Support return‑to‑work programs, including modified scheduling and accommodations.
  • Maintain compliance with legal, regulatory, and corporate requirements.
  • Participate in policy and procedure development, workplace assessments, and health education initiatives.
  • Maintain confidentiality and ensure adherence to professional nursing standards.

Qualifications

  • Experience: 0–2 years in occupational health nursing or related field.
  • Licensure: Registered Nurse (RN) — active and in good standing.
  • Skills:
  • Strong clinical assessment and case management abilities.
  • Excellent communication and coordination skills.
  • Knowledge of workplace health and safety principles.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams.
