Our client, a leading manufacturing organization in Temecula, CA, is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented QA/QC Inspector - 2nd Shift/1st shift to join their dynamic team. As a QA/QC Inspector, you will play a vital role in ensuring the quality and compliance of products, supporting the company's commitment to excellence. What's the Job?- Perform audits of raw materials, components, and final assemblies to ensure compliance with standards.
- Document non-conformance issues accurately and handle discrepant materials according to documented procedures.
- Communicate audit results and status updates through reports and verbal communication.
- Conduct simple statistical analysis and input data into software applications or manual calculations.
- Train new and less experienced Quality Auditors to promote continuous improvement and team development.
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
- Ability to perform inspections, audits, and basic statistical analysis.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Effective communication skills for reporting and teamwork.
- Willingness to work in a manufacturing environment with adherence to safety protocols.
