Europa Village Winery is seeking an experienced Banquet Server to provide authentic and anticipatory service to our dining guests during special events. The ideal candidate will have a passion for excellent customer service and wine with an out-going, self-motivated and energetic personality.

Director of Catering and Sales

Possess and live Europa Village core values

Reviews and understands Banquet Event Orders (BEO's) at the beginning of each shift to ensure banquet rooms are set as per client's request

Assists in maintaining the scheduling order for each event

Prepares tables, action stations, buffets, service carts, dessert tables and cordial carts with specified tools, wares, and equipment according to Europa Village standards

Greets guests warmly

Has a good understanding of the food being served and able to answer questions regarding food items

Delivers and services welcome drinks, appetizers, meals, condiments and accompaniments

Serves beverages

Monitors tableware to ensure it is presentable to guests

Responds to guests requests in a friendly, timely and efficient manner

Ensures the entire table is served at the same time

Other duties as assigned

Create and foster an environment of "teamwork" by helping fellow employees or guests without a second thought

Able to communicate Europa Village's story

Ability to treat all associates and guests in a respectful manner

Arrive at work prepared with excellent personal presentation standards with a clean, pressed uniform and appropriate slacks and shoes

Arrive on time and be respectful of attendance and punctuality

Adhere to Europa Village policies and procedures

Be hospitable, welcoming and exhibit at positive attitude and willingness to assist where necessary

Pays attention to detail

Food Handler's Certification required

Must be available to work holidays and weekends
