Overview
Phil's BBQ is a great place to work! The Cashier is an integral part of our crew and plays an essential role in the guest dining experience. The cashier takes food orders and collects payment, educates customers on menu items and the ordering process, fulfills and expedites food orders, and bags takeout orders. A great cashier shows a true passion for hospitality, guest service and doing things “Phil’s Way.”
Responsibilities- Take food orders and process payments accurately.
- Educate customers on menu items and the ordering process.
- Fulfill and expedite food orders and bag takeout orders.
- Provide exceptional customer service and contribute to developing loyal "fans" through dedication to legendary guest service.
- Strong guest service orientation
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
- Excellent communication and teamwork
- Cash handling experience preferred
