Position Summary
The Crew Person is responsible for performing specific tasks within the restaurant, providing guests with a positive experience, preparing quality food, and maintaining cleanliness and safety standards.
Essential Functions
May perform duties such as:
- Following all guest service guidelines to ensure a positive experience
- Working assigned stations accurately and efficiently, including cleaning and stocking
- Preparing, packaging, and delivering food according to standards
- Handling food products following safety and sanitation procedures
- Adhering to cash control guidelines to minimize costs
- Communicating effectively with team members and guests
- Performing additional duties as needed
High school enrollment or diploma preferred; minimum age 16; reliable transportation; flexible working hours including opening and closing shifts.
Work Environment
Fast-paced with kitchen equipment and tight spaces.
Physical Demands
Standing for long periods, bending, working around heat, lifting 50-75 lbs., handling cleaning products.
This position is an internship, part-time, in the management and manufacturing industry within restaurants.
