South Coast Winery Resort & Spa is seeking enthusiastic and service-driven Restaurant Servers to join our exceptional food and beverage team. Surrounded by vineyards and known for award-winning wines, luxury accommodations, and elevated dining experiences, we pride ourselves on delivering memorable moments to every guest.

• Provide prompt, courteous, and professional food and beverage service to guests
• Demonstrate thorough knowledge of menus, wine offerings, and daily specials
• Offer recommendations and upsell menu items and wine pairings when appropriate
• Accurately take and enter orders, ensuring attention to detail and guest preferences
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of tables, service stations, and dining areas
• Collaborate with kitchen and bar teams to ensure timely and accurate service
• Adhere to all company policies, health and safety regulations, and alcohol service laws
• Resolve guest concerns with professionalism and a service-first mindset

• Previous serving experience in a restaurant, hotel, or resort environment preferred
• Wine knowledge or interest in learning about wine and pairings is a plus
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to multitask and remain composed in a fast-paced setting
• Flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Must meet minimum age requirements for alcohol service

• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
• Ability to lift and carry trays, dishes, and glassware (up to 25 lbs.)
