As a Grocery Clerk at Organic Roots, you are responsible for providing high-level customer service. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, we want to hear from you!

• Must be at least 18 years old
• Motivated to deliver exceptional customer service, greeting customers and answering questions in a welcoming manner
• Proactive in learning about products and services to support customers seeking a healthier lifestyle
• Ability to collaborate with a diverse team
• Reliable, dependable, and able to follow directions
• Enjoy working with urgency in a fast-paced setting
• Capable of performing general housekeeping duties
• Basic math skills, weights, and measurements
• Flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays
• Willing to perform other related duties as assigned

• Previous grocery retail and/or customer service experience preferred
• Familiarity with organic foods and alternative diets preferred

• Minimum $17.00/hour
• Mid $18.65/hour
• Maximum $20.50/hour
