• Deliver world‑class fan experiences and exceed sales goals.
• Share product knowledge and inspire fans to style jewelry.

• Engage and foster lasting connections beyond transactions.
• Uphold merchandising and retail operational standards.
• Work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, holidays, and peak hours.
• Submit an assessment after the application is submitted.
• All other duties as assigned.

• Result‑oriented seller with proven sales experience.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to connect with people at all levels.
• At least 18 years old and able to provide proof of  work eligibility.
• Capacity to stand for extended periods, lift 50+ lbs, and arrive on time.
• Reliable support during high‑traffic times, special events, or when additional coverage is needed.

$17.00 – $18.50 per hour, commensurate with experience. Flexible schedule ranging from 4 hours per month during slower periods up to approximately 12 hours per week in peak seasons.
