Key Responsibilities- Customer Engagement
:
Respond promptly to customer inquiries in person and over the phone, provide expert recommendations and accurate estimates, and guide them through the order process. - Marketing Execution
:
Implement store marketing strategies, and engage in telemarketing to foster new business opportunities. - Sales Support
:
Process work orders with precision, secure necessary down payments, and finalize payments upon project completion. - Relationship Management
:
Maintain strong relationships with both vendors for sourcing and the production team to ensure clarity and quality in all orders. - Operational Excellence
:
Assist in various store operations, ensure all administrative tasks like reporting and invoicing are handled efficiently, and maintain a clean and professional store appearance.
