Position Overview

We are seeking a highly driven, results-oriented Inside Sales Manager to own inbound and outbound sales activities, convert leads into revenue, and support customers through the full sales cycle across multiple channels.

This is a hands‑on, non‑exempt sales role focused entirely on revenue generation. The ideal candidate is commercially sharp, highly organized, and comfortable managing a high volume of opportunities in a fast‑paced environment. This role plays a critical part in driving revenue growth, improving conversion rates, and delivering a best‑in‑class customer experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage day‑to‑day sales across all channels, including website inquiries, marketplace platforms, inbound leads, and outbound prospecting.
  • Create quotes, update opportunities, manage follow‑ups, and maintain accurate pipeline data in the ERP/CRM. Follow a consistent outreach and follow‑up cadence to maximize conversion rates.

  • Prioritize leads to ensure fast response times and high customer engagement.
  • Conduct outbound outreach for high‑value equipment, international buyers, and targeted industries.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, & Operations to align promotions, pricing strategy, and inventory priorities.
  • Review pricing and item details prior to ERP publication across sales channels.
Product Knowledge & Listing Accuracy
  • Ensure accuracy of product descriptions, specifications, pricing, and images.
  • Clearly communicate equipment condition, value, features, and technical details.
  • Follow approved pricing strategies and margin threshold.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly revenue goals.
  • Improve conversion rates through disciplined follow‑up and proactive communication.
  • Identify opportunities for promotions, pricing adjustments, or targeted outreach.
  • Track and improve key metrics including quote volume, sales cycle time, and close rate.
Customer Communication & Service
  • Respond quickly and professionally to customer inquiries, offers, and messages.
  • Negotiate pricing and deal structures within approved guidelines.
  • Resolve customer issues and disputes efficiently and professionally.
  • Ensure a smooth and positive experience from first contact through post‑sale follow‑up.
  • Weekend/after‑hours availability may be required for high‑value or time‑sensitive opportunities.
Order Execution & Coordination
  • Work with operations, warehouse, and logistics teams to ensure accurate order fulfillment.
  • Confirm freight quotes, shipping timelines, documentation, and delivery details.
  • Assist with returns, refunds, and order exceptions as needed.
  • Maintain complete and accurate CRM documentation for quotes, deals, customer notes, and follow‑up tasks.
  • Track personal performance metrics such as revenue, conversion rate, and quote output.
  • Provide updates to leadership on sales progress and pipeline status.
Compliance & Standards
  • Adhere to pricing approvals, discount rules, margin guidelines, and ethical sales standards.
  • Ensure documentation, quotes, and CRM entries are complete and accurate.
Required Qualifications
  • 2–3+ years of experience in B2B sales or high‑volume / high‑value sales environments.
  • Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed revenue targets.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship‑building skills.
  • Highly organized with excellent time management and attention to detail.
  • Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, results‑driven environment.
  • Experience using ERP/CRM systems and structured quoting workflows.
