We are seeking exceptional Security Guards to become an integral part of our team. The selected individual(s) will patrol and secure assigned premises as well as identify risks to staff and patrons.

This is a seasonal part‑time position to a full‑time schedule in Temecula, CA (December 5‑12, not the weekend).

It is predominantly a static post dealing with access control and site security.

Contracts do not have a set end date; we will inform hired guard(s) as soon as that information becomes available.

Required credentials: BSIS Guard Card and Exposed Weapons Permit.

• Keeping the site, materials, staff and patrons safe
• Monitoring premises as a visual deterrent to theft, violence, and/or infractions of rules
• Thoroughly examining doors, windows, and gates to ensure proper function and security
• Enforcing premise rules and regulations
• Reporting any facility issues such as fire hazards and leaking water pipes to Chain of Command
• Requesting emergency personnel for high‑risk situations
• Multi‑tasking, prioritizing, and completing tasks in an organized, efficient and effective manner
• Safeguarding and maintaining highly sensitive and confidential information
• Safeguarding individuals and property from all forms of security and safety hazards
• Responding to alarms/fire/panic calls immediately and promptly securing the safety and security of human life and physical property
• Strictly adhering to SOPs
• Writing reports
• Conducting thorough investigations and preparing written documentation regarding non‑routine incidents with incident reports, pictures and witness statements

• Minimum of 1 year of full‑time uniformed security experience (preferred)
• Law Enforcement, Military and/or National Guard experience (preferred)
• Valid driver’s license
• BSIS Guard Card – required for all positions
• BSIS Exposed Firearms Permit – required for armed positions
• CPR certification – preferred

• Pay: $24.00 – $25.00 per hour
• Benefits (after 90 days for full‑time employees only): 401(k), Health insurance, Vision insurance

• 8‑hour shift
• Day shift (Monday to Friday; possible weekends)

• Do you have Military or Law Enforcement background? (Preferred but not required.)
• Armed Security experience: 1 year (preferred)
• License/Certification: BSIS Guard Card (required), BSIS Exposed Firearm Permit (required), Driver’s License (required), CPR/AED (preferred)
• Day Shift (required)
• Travel to various locations in Southern CA (required)
