Responsibilities- Complete company‑paid training and learn the skills required for the daily operation of a pest control service route to become a Pro.
- Prioritize safety in all responsibilities.
- Drive a company vehicle and follow a route schedule within the assigned territory, ensuring timely and safe arrival at each customer.
- Conduct yourself with professionalism and integrity with customers and coworkers.
- Serve as a problem solver for each customer with empathy by listening to and understanding their needs and recommending the most efficient and innovative solution.
- Prepare and install home or business services, including listed items such as attic remediations, crawlspace encapsulations, gutter protection, and radiant heat barrier for energy efficiency.
- Interact with customers by setting project expectations and walking them through the process to ensure satisfaction.
- Complete all required service‑related documentation using the provided hand‑held device for speed and accuracy.
- Competitive earnings: starting at $22.00 per hour.

- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Valid driver’s license required.
- Ability to obtain the appropriate pesticide license within the first 90 days of employment (company paid).
- Independent field work capability, route‑based assignment management, and strong customer interaction skills.
- Safely use a ladder within the manufacturer’s weight capacity.
- Occasionally lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
- Safely access crawl spaces, attics, confined spaces, rooftops, etc., including the ability to climb, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl.
- Wear personal protective equipment (PPE), which may require an OSHA‑compliant respirator.
- Work in varying weather conditions.
