ResponsibilitiesThe Orkin Pro commits to safely and professionally providing the highest level of protection and service to their customers on a designated service route. Prior to assignment, you will complete award‑winning training that prepares you with the skills needed to succeed in daily route operations, scheduling, issue diagnosis, and treatment planning.
- Complete award‑winning training to develop customer service skills.
- Prioritize safety in all responsibilities.
- Follow a route schedule and complete daily operations within an assigned territory.
- Operate a company vehicle safely and keep it clean.
- Conduct yourself with professionalism and integrity with customers and coworkers.
- Serve as a problem solver, listening to customers and recommending efficient, innovative solutions.
- Explain actions taken to customers and discuss additional services to give them peace of mind.
- Inspect the interior and exterior of the customer’s property.
- Complete all required documentation in the handheld device.
- Competitive earnings starting at $22 per hour, including a company vehicle with a gas card upon route assignment.

- No experience required – we’ll train you to be a Pro.
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Valid driver’s license.
- Ability to obtain a pesticide license within the first 90 days of employment (company paid).
- Ability to work independently in the field, manage route‑based assignments, and interact with customers in businesses and homes.
- Safely use a ladder within manufacturer limits.
- Occasionally lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
- Access crawl spaces, attics, confined spaces, and roof tops.
- Wear personal protective equipment, including OSHA‑compliant respirator when required.
- Work in various weather conditions.
