The Orkin Pro commits to safely and professionally providing the highest level of protection and service to their customers on a designated service route. Prior to assignment, you will complete award‑winning training that prepares you with the skills needed to succeed in daily route operations, scheduling, issue diagnosis, and treatment planning.

• Complete award‑winning training to develop customer service skills.
• Prioritize safety in all responsibilities.
• Follow a route schedule and complete daily operations within an assigned territory.
• Operate a company vehicle safely and keep it clean.
• Conduct yourself with professionalism and integrity with customers and coworkers.
• Serve as a problem solver, listening to customers and recommending efficient, innovative solutions.
• Explain actions taken to customers and discuss additional services to give them peace of mind.
• Inspect the interior and exterior of the customer’s property.
• Complete all required documentation in the handheld device.

• No experience required – we’ll train you to be a Pro.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Ability to obtain a pesticide license within the first 90 days of employment (company paid).
• Ability to work independently in the field, manage route‑based assignments, and interact with customers in businesses and homes.

• Safely use a ladder within manufacturer limits.
• Occasionally lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
• Access crawl spaces, attics, confined spaces, and roof tops.
• Wear personal protective equipment, including OSHA‑compliant respirator when required.
• Work in various weather conditions.
