This is a full-time on-site role for a Restoration Technician based in Temecula, CA. The Restoration Technician will be responsible for assessing and mitigating water damage, performing restoration and cleaning tasks, and executing mitigation procedures. Daily tasks include collaborating with teams, operating specialized equipment, maintaining a safe work environment, and communicating effectively with team members and customers.

• Experience and skills in Water Damage and Water Damage Restoration processes
• Knowledge of Mitigation techniques related to restoration work
• Strong Communication skills to collaborate with team members and interact with clients effectively
• Attention to detail and ability to follow safety protocols
• Physical ability to perform restoration tasks, including lifting equipment and working in various environments
• Availability to work on-site in Temecula, CA and flexibility for emergency response situations
