Residential Plumbing Installer

At Cali Vibes Plumbing, we believe homeowners deserve a better plumbing experience—and plumbers deserve a better place to work.

We're not interested in creating another high-pressure, corporate plumbing company where technicians are treated like numbers. We're building a team that values craftsmanship, honesty, respect, and taking pride in doing the job right the first time.

If you're an experienced residential plumbing installer who takes pride in clean, quality work, knows how to get a job done right, and wants to grow with a company that's investing in its people, we'd love to meet you.

As a Plumbing Installer, you'll be responsible for completing residential plumbing installations, replacements, remodels, and larger plumbing projects from start to finish.

This is a hands‑on position for an experienced plumber who can read the job, plan the work, identify what is needed, and complete installations efficiently and to code without constant supervision.

You'll represent Cali Vibes Plumbing in our customers' homes, so we're looking for someone who cares just as much about the quality of the finished job as they do about keeping the workspace clean and treating the customer and their home with respect.
