We're hiring a Foreman/Supervisor to lead one of our installation and removal crews. If you hold your ICC UST Installation and Retrofit certification and would rather run the job than wait for direction, this is a long-term opportunity with real ownership.
What You'll Do- Lead a crew of skilled tradespeople on UST and AST installation, retrofit, and removal projects.
- Manage field operations, including work sequencing, manpower, materials, equipment, and daily production.
- Perform and oversee the full scope of fuel system work, including plumbing, electrical, excavation and grading, and light concrete.
- Ensure work complies with fire codes, manufacturer specifications, and inspection requirements.
- Communicate directly with the office, inspectors, general contractors, and clients.
- Keep job sites safe, clean, and on schedule.
- ICC UST Installation and Retrofit certification (required), along with manufacturer certifications or a willingness to obtain them.
- Hands-on experience with UST/AST removal and installation.
- Proven ability to lead a crew and hold team members accountable to established standards.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Valid driver's license with a good driving record (required for the company service truck).
- Willingness to travel to out-of-town projects throughout California.
- High school diploma or GED.
- Current residence in Southern California or willingness to relocate. Relocation assistance may be available.
- Take-home truck, tools, and all work-related fuel paid.
