Requires an
Receptionist/Administrative Assistant
Part-Time
Qualifications and Skills
- Permanent 20.5 hours per week
- Excellent French & English written and oral communication skills
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Word & Excel
- 2-5 years’ experience in administration
- Ability to perform assigned duties with minimum supervision
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Invoicing, process payments, inventory orders, etc.
- Answer and direct phone calls
- Distribute, sort and file work order, packing slips and purchase orders
- Perform other clerical duties as necessary
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Provide support to all departments within the company
Salary: $22-24 per hour to commensurate with qualification and experience
Earlton, ON is located between the towns of New Liskeard and Englehart and is 2 hours north of North Bay.
