Qualifications and Skills
Permanent 20.5 hours per week
Excellent French & English written and oral communication skills
Good knowledge of Microsoft Word & Excel
2-5 years’ experience in administration
Ability to perform assigned duties with minimum supervision
Roles and Responsibilities:
Invoicing, process payments, inventory orders, etc.
Answer and direct phone calls
Distribute, sort and file work order, packing slips and purchase orders
Perform other clerical duties as necessary
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Provide support to all departments within the company
Salary: $22-24 per hour to commensurate with qualification and experience
Earlton, ON is located between the towns of New Liskeard and Englehart and is 2 hours north of North Bay.
