EHS&T Health Safety Administrator

Support health and safety administration with Excel, employee records, and training coordination at Boart Longyear. This full-time temporary contract serves Western Canada.

The EHS&T Administrator supports operations from Saskatoon, Saskatchewan, or Haileybury, Ontario. Administrative duties include correspondence, filing, purchasing, scheduling, and digital records. The position also coordinates training, researches legislative requirements, supports system access, and assists with COR audits.

• Provide administrative assistance to the health and safety team
• Set new hires up with safety course system access
• Create and maintain consistent digital employee records
• Organize third-party training and reporting activities
• Assist with COR audits and expense reporting

• Strong Microsoft Office, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook skills
• Strong communication, telephone, email, and IT application skills
• Ability to prioritize tasks and maintain attention to detail
• Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information
• Site Docs, MITTI, or safety training experience considered an asset
